The Ruler’s Soul is a mystical romance novel set on the coast of Massachusetts.  Spirituality is threaded throughout the storyline.

The castle is Lucifer’s home.  His soul dwells in the Hell that humans have created with the vibration of collective thought.  Lucifer has adopted his grandfather’s compassionate governing.    

Through telepathy, Lucifer is drawn to an anguished soul about to undergo human transformation.

Lucifer has no desire to meddle in human life until the final moment a guide is needed.

His soul collides with Rosemary’s life when his job takes him to her father’s crossing.

Rosemary is human.  She is living the human experience she had planned for her soul, but something became out of alignment with her intended peaceful journey.  She is in need of redirection.

Lucifer’s allegiance to his position as ruler of Hell is compromised when he reconnects with the love from his past.  He must protect her at any cost.  She is every part of him that is good.

Rosemary is in danger.  He will only watch over her. Lucifer will not manifest himself as a human form and interrupt her Earthly experience.

That was a promise he had wanted to keep, but circumstances called for direct action.
